lngredients: 4 egg whites 1 egg yolks
1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp white vinegar 1/2 tsp strawberry essence pink food color as required 1 cup flour 2 tbsp milk 2 tbsp oil 1 cup whipping cream strawberries as per required strawberry jam as per required sweet milk small pot bake timings: bake it at low flame for 40-45 minutes on a cast iron tawa/pan oven bake timings: bake it at preheated oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degree
Method:
- take a pot/patila and oil it with brush
- then place a baking paper over the oil
- place the pot aside
- ln a bowl, add 4 egg whites, 1 tsp white vinegar, 1 cup powdered sugar
- mix it well with the help of electric beater until it become a white smooth cream
- add 4 egg yolks, 2 tbsp of oil and milk and pink food colour in it
- mix with a hand beater
- add 1/2 tsp of strawberry essence
- filter 1 cup flour then add in the bowl
- then the pot which we placed aside in beginning, add the batter
- in that pot(or may do in oven)
- place a tawa/ pan on the gas flame and put the pot on it
- cover it with a cloth and then put the lid on it
- after 10 mins check it by placing toothpick in it (if toothpick comes same from the cake so your cake is ready)
- take the cake out of pot and remove the baking paper from it
- cut the cake into 3 layers
- decorate it with whipping cream , strawberries, strawberry jam, and sweet milk
- now your cake is ready to serve
